Mannys travels across the desert was a tedious journey. The journey almost killed Manny if it wasn’t for Roberts wallet he would have for sure died and his body would have been left to deteriorate in the desert. Manny made it safely across on his own with no real issues except that he was out of money. Manny was in a whole other country and knew no one. Manny wandered the streets of El Paso with no food and no more money. Until one frigid night, While Manny was in search of food he ran into some locals in the street. The locals offered to aid Manny and help him find a job. Manny stayed with them and became best friend with a man by the name of Tuna. Manny was introduced to weed and he was instantly hooked and started to sell it to make money and quickly realized that he could make good money off of it.
Manny and Tuna quickly made connections throughout the east coast. Manny and Tuna were becoming rich in an instant and they loved it. Manny had a girlfriend named Ermine, Ermine worked for an airport and she would often take the supplies to the east coast for Manny. Manny was not at all satisfied with the amount of money he was making so he decided to go straight to the source and go to Mexico to obtain weed. Manny soon found it too much to handle for him and Tuna so he decided to join into partnership with a man by the name of Derrick who lived in California. Manny, Tuna, and Derrick soon become the top sellers in America.
On a job in Chicago Manny was caught trafficking weed and he was set to attend court in a couple months. Manny decides to skip his court date because his girlfriend was diagnosed with cancer and he chooses to attend to her and take care of her. Manny was soon later caught by the F.B.I and was sent to serve three years in federal prison. While in prison Manny looks for ways to get an earlier release, the only two decision he has is either escape or teach a class to speak english. While in prison Manny meets a man by the name of Diego who was in for grand theft auto. Diego constantly asks Manny what he is in for and Manny refuses to tell him until one day Manny decides to teach the inmates how to sell and distribute drugs because the inmates were scared that they would not be able to find a job once they got out. Diego overheard and as soon as Manny and him got out Diego decided introduce him to cocaine. Diego and Manny were partners in the drug selling game and they became filthy rich.
Diego and Manny move to Florida to be closer to the drug island of Columbia. Manny and Diego become so well known for their business that they start affiliating with Pablo Escobar the most powerful cocaine dealer around in Columbia. Manny and Diego started having money issues and it turned out that Diego had been pocketing money for himself without Mannys consent. Manny and Diego were no longer partners and Manny decided to work on his own with Pablo Escobar and Manny soon became Pablos best man. Manny became untouchable and could have anything he desired.
Manny was at the top and to him there was no greater feeling. Manny lived in Florida with his girlfriend Mirtha. Mirtha and Manny have a baby girl. Manny decides to get out of the drug business and get a real job so he can spend time with his family. One night Mirtha decided to throw Manny a birthday bash everyone has having fun that night until once again the F.B.I. came barging in and arrested Manny and once again they took him to jail for and then sent him to prison for three more years. Manny became deeply upset because he was unable to see his daughter and she was beginning to grow up without him.
Manny served his time and eventually located where his daughter was attending school and would walk her home everyday. Manny once again had no money and no place to live. He could not go live with his girlfriend because she was no longer his girlfriend. Manny decided he wanted to live with his daughter and move back to California.
Manny headed to California to meet up with Tuna once again and ran one last job. They headed to Mexico and they got their drugs. When they got their drugs safely across the border D.E.A. stormed into the safehouse and raided it. He was betrayed by his longtime friend Tuna just to stay out of jail. Manny was not at all mad for what had just happened he was mad at himself because he could not keep a promise to his daughter. He promised his daughter that they would both move to California and live together but instead she just waited and waited and Manny never came. Manny was sent to serve twenty years in prison. No one ever visits him while he is in prison he is just fading away and being forgotten, he regrets all the mistakes he made because his daughter is now all grown and he missed all out the good moments he could have had with her. Manny is prison for what he thought too be his dream.
